Job Description

Job Roles Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee and manage all financial functions, including preparing books of accounts, budgeting, and monitoring day-to-day accounting functions. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Provide insights into financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and efficient operations. Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, income tax, and other applicable tax regulations. Supervise the preparation and timely filing of tax returns and other statutory submissions. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to evaluate the company’s financial health, profitability, and performance. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. Inventory Management: Should be able to keep proper track of the inventory (inward and outward) and maintain of inventory register. Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring long-term financial stability. Internal Controls & Auditing: Ensure robust internal financial controls, processes, and procedures to safeguard the company’s assets and maintain financial integrity. ERP System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems (ERP), ensuring accurate and efficient recording and reporting of financial data. Audit & External Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit. Ensure timely and accurate audit compliance and reporting. Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts in collaboration with other departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Business Partnering: Work closely with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) to provide financial guidance, cost analysis, and improve financial performance across the organization. Qualifications >A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a CA student who has completed articleship will be preferred. >Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting. >Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations (GST, income tax, etc.). >Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or ERP systems) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). >Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting. >Good communication skills >Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
