Responsibilities Strategic Media Planning & Execution Develop and oversee integrated media strategies across traditional, digital, and emerging channels. Drive data-driven media planning and optimization to achieve business and marketing objectives. Ensure seamless integration of media plans with creative, content, and brand strategy. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing media strategy team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Develop training programs to keep the team updated on industry trends and technologies. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as a trusted media advisor for key clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, platforms, and technology partners. Present media strategies, insights, and performance reports to clients and senior stakeholders. Performance & Analytics Leverage data analytics, audience insights, and AI-driven tools to refine media strategies. Track and measure media effectiveness, ensuring campaign objectives and KPIs are met. Stay ahead of industry benchmarks, audience behaviour, and competitive landscape. Innovation & Market Trends Drive adoption of emerging media platforms, AI-driven automation, and programmatic advertising. Experiment with new media formats and channels to enhance brand engagement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical advertising practices, and data privacy laws. Personal Specifications Qualifications 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, and buying within a digital first advertising agency. Proven track record in handling large-scale, multi-channel campaigns for top-tier brands. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Deep understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes, including TV, print, OOH, social media, programmatic, and influencer marketing. Strong proficiency in data analytics, AI-driven media tools, and audience segmentation. Proficiency in media analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Nielsen, Comscore, and social media insights tools. Experience with programmatic advertising, DSPs, and AI-powered media buying platforms. Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Show more Show less
