Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an Account Manager with 4 –5 years of experience to lead strategic client relationships and oversee high-value integrated campaigns. This role demands a seasoned communicator with strong business acumen, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of brand-building across media. You’ll drive client success, mentor account teams, and contribute to the agency’s growth through proactive thinking and partnership development. Responsibilities Social Media Strategy Development - Craft tailored social media strategies for multiple platforms aligned with brand and business objectives. Content Ideation & Planning - Lead content brainstorms, spot trends, and shape narratives that are engaging, relevant, and on-brand. Platform Expertise - Maintain deep, practical knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more—including both organic and paid executions. Client Relationship Management - Own day-to-day client communication.Present strategies, reports, and campaign performance with clarity and confidence. Presentation & Storytelling - Create high-quality decks, campaign recaps, and performance reports that effectively communicate insights and impact. Team Management - Balance multiple workstreams and deadlines while ensuring quality control and strategic alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 4–5 years of experience in digital/social media roles, preferably at an agency Knowledge, Skills & Experience Proven experience managing and scaling social campaigns for well-known brands Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, best practices, and tools Strong storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms Excellent leadership, coordination, and mentoring abilities Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What You Can Expect From Innocean India At Innocean India, you can expect to work in a dynamic, creative environment that thrives on innovation and collaboration.
