Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design of Business Plan basis the ABP and SBP for specific region – Business wise (Heating, Cooling, Enviro and Water Waste Treatment)
  • Drive the team of Zonal Managers and Territory Managers for sales targets and revenue generation
  • TCA Infrastructure and process adequacy
  • Forecasting sales for region and developing a sustainable model for the same
  • Manage and extend support to Thermax Channel Associates
  • Market Potential Analysis and designing strategy for the same
  • Ensure increased engagement with identified OEMS / Key accounts / consultants to get additional business
