Job Title: Zonal Manager Location : Gurugram - HO Role Overview: The Zonal Manager will oversee the operations of 50+ apparel stores, leading a team of City Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business objectives, expanding market reach, and managing team performance across the zone. Core Responsibilities: · Store Management : Lead daily operations across multiple apparel stores, ensuring smooth functioning, inventory accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. · Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of retail managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales and operational targets. · Sales & Growth : Drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies aligned with market trends in the apparel sector. Collaborate with teams to hit sales targets and maximize profitability. · Market Analysis : Stay informed of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Use these insights to adjust store strategies and enhance product offerings. · Operational Efficiency : Implement processes that optimize visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. · New Market Expansion : Identify and develop opportunities for business growth by expanding into new geographic regions and increasing the store network. · Financial Oversight : Monitor store-level financial performance to ensure revenue targets are met while minimizing costs and revenue leakage.
