Zonal Manager

As the Zonal Manager at our organization based in Gurugram, you will have the pivotal role of overseeing the operations of 50+ apparel stores. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of City Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Managers in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a stellar customer experience that aligns with our brand's standards. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to achieve business objectives, expand market reach, and effectively manage team performance across the zone. Your core responsibilities will entail leading daily operations across multiple apparel stores to ensure smooth functioning, accurate inventory management, and strict adherence to brand standards. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supervising and mentoring a team of retail managers, fostering a high-performance culture that is dedicated to meeting sales and operational targets. Your expertise in developing and executing sales strategies in line with market trends will be essential in driving business growth and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for staying abreast of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform store strategies and enhance product offerings. In your capacity as Zonal Manager, you will be expected to implement processes that optimize visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Identifying opportunities for business growth through new market expansion and maintaining financial oversight to monitor store-level performance will also be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will possess 12-15 years of experience in the retail apparel industry, with a strong background in managing large teams and multi-store operations.
