Role Overview

Sales Head

drive sustainable revenue growth. This role involves setting sales strategy, mentoring

high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and strengthening key client and influencer

relationships.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts.
  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities and partnerships.


2. Business Development

  • Drive national-level B2B and B2C sales through a network of dealers, architects, interior

designers, and turnkey contractors.

  • Expand footprint by engaging new influencers and strategic accounts in luxury and

design spaces.

  • Lead key account negotiations, pricing discussions, and project conversions.


3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Build, coach, and lead a high-impact sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, sales training, and team motivation initiatives.
  • Ensure sales targets are met across regions through structured reviews and field support.


4. Client & Influencer Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and end clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and site visits to drive brand recall and
  • preference.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints.


5. Sales Operations & Execution

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, quotation, order processing,
  • delivery coordination, and collections.
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and finance to ensure timely fulfilment and accurate forecasting.


6. Market Intelligence & Promotion

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and new product launches.
  • Provide market feedback to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.


Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in luxury/interior/building materials sector preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
