Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Hyderabad at Beyondcolor. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting surface design solutions to architects and interior designers.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings./ Meeting architects, interior designers, Interior contractors and luxury real estate developers.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching architects, interior designers and individuals to find new opportunities and connections
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of design, architecture, and construction industries
• Experience in client relationship management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
• Experience in the surface design industry is a plus
