About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and turning them into intuitive, accessible, and seamless product experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our products deliver a user-centric experience.
Location.
This role is office-based at our Trivandrum, Kerala office.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify user needs and pain points.
- Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with UI designers to align visual design with user experience principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine designs.
- Analyze user behavior through data and feedback to inform design iterations.
- Advocate for best UX practices and accessibility standards.
- Create and maintain design documentation and design systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing UX processes and outcomes.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design best practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in agile or lean product environments.
- Background in psychology, HCI, design, or related field.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
