UX Researcher Location - Gurgaon (Onsite) Years of Experience - 4-7 years Department - Design/ Research About the Job As a User Experience Researcher specializing in Real Money Gaming (RMG) at Zupee, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for our RMG platform. This role involves conducting comprehensive research, gathering insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our gaming experiences are engaging, intuitive, and meet the expectations of our users. Key Responsibilities: User Research in Gaming: Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability studies tailored to the unique aspects of real money gaming. Work closely with product teams to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points in the gaming context. Usability Testing for Gaming Platforms: Design and conduct usability testing sessions specific to real money gaming platforms. Collaborate with game designers and developers to implement user feedback and improve gaming interactions. Data Analysis Mastery: Analyze complex data sets, both quantitative and qualitative, to derive actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for product improvements. Utilize statistical methods to interpret user behavior patterns and trends. Competitor Analysis in RMG: Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the real money gaming industry. Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration with Gaming Teams: Collaborate effectively with gaming designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights seamlessly into the gaming development process. Communicate research findings through clear and impactful presentations. ​Thought Leadership: S tay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies within UX research. Contribute to thought leadership within the organization through presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. V endor Management & Recruitment Manage existing vendors and on-board new vendors for vendor selection and vendor relationships for research services. Work with various partners and vendors to identify target groups for studies. Influence and guide recruitment of participants through development of participant screeners that are relevant to each research project. Ensure that the vendors present deep and detailed insights for studies that they are responsible for conducting. Q ualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, UX Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in user experience research with a proven track record of successful projects.P proficiency in various research methodologies and tools. Experience working with market research vendors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. strong communication skills, both written and verbal. P referred Skills: Proven experience in user experience research within the real money gaming domain. Experience with usability testing tools and software tailored for gaming environments.
