Develop and maintain integration workflows between UKG and third-party applications using Dell Boomi.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to understand integration needs and implement scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, API integrations, and transformation logic.
- Manage system configurations, test plans, documentation, and support activities. - Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth deployment.
- 5+ years of experience in UKG HCM implementation or support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi or other iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Workato, etc.).
- Experience in HCM/HRIS system integrations, especially involving employee lifecycle data, payroll, and benefits.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and middleware troubleshooting. - Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Certification in Dell Boomi or UKG Pro Integration.
- Experience in cloud HR platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in HR data integrations.
