UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Dehradun

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

-Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps (Android/iOS), dashboards, and other digital products.

-Work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into seamless designs.

-Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

-Ensure responsive and adaptive design across various screen sizes.

-Maintain design consistency across all projects with reusable components and style guides.

-Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.

-Suggest improvements in UX flows for existing projects.

-Collaborate during testing to refine usability and user experience.

Requirements:

-1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

-Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX design work.

-Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

-Good understanding of responsive design, design systems, and user-centered design principles.

-Ability to create both low- and high-fidelity prototypes.

-Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus).

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

-Experience with tools like InVision, Framer, Zeplin, or Lottie.

-Knowledge of mobile design guidelines (Material Design for Android, Human Interface Guidelines for iOS).

-Ability to conduct user testing and analyze results.

-Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
