UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to work on a diverse portfolio of products, including e-commerce websites, ERP platforms, mobile apps, and construction-focused applications. You will be designing for both consumer interfaces and enterprise systems, ensuring smooth experiences whether a user is shopping online, using a mobile app, or managing warehouse stock on the go.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web, ERP and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain and enhance design systems and UI guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects.
• Proficiency in standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Experience with SaaS product design lifecycle, Enterprise Application Interfaces, Dashboards and Data Visualization designs
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Experience in 3D and interactive tools: Blender, Spline, and Rive are an advantage.
• Experience in video editing and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of how ERP systems work (inventory, finance, procurement etc.)
• Previous experience working in agile teams or product-focused environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
