UI / UX Designer

Netfotech Solutions , Kolkata India is looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about crafting seamless, engaging and visually stunning digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications and a strong understanding of user psychology. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and Business Unit heads to understand project requirements and translate them into user centric designs. Conduct user research, competitor analysis and usability testing to refine design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI mock-ups for web and mobile applications. Ensure design consistency across platforms while aligning with brand aesthetics and industry trends. Optimize UI/UX for customer engagement and conversion. Work with developers to implement UI designs effectively, ensuring smooth interactions and animations. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools and industry best practices. Requirements 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and other industry standard design tools. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive design and accessibility standards. Experience in designing for technology or high-engagement consumer platforms is a plus. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for design feasibility (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory). Prototyping Tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.) UX Research & Usability Testing Knowledge of design systems and web accessibility standards Ability to conduct user research, A/B testing and usability testing to improve designs iteratively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Certification in UI/UX design or web design is an added advantage
