Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality, engaging creatives and UI/UX components for social media campaigns, landing pages, digital ads, and marketing content. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, design, and social media trends. Position: Real Estate Sales & Pre-Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–4 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Salary: Fixed + High Incentives 🔑 Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven individual who can take charge of both Pre-Sales and Sales activities. From handling inquiries to closing deals – you’ll manage the entire client journey. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Pre-Sales: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from buyers. Make outbound calls to potential leads generated from digital marketing or other sources. Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and requirement. Fix site visits and maintain follow-ups till the client is ready to visit. Sales & Client Closing: Meet clients at site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits. Coordinate with builders for inventory, pricing, and negotiations. Build trust and long-term relationships with buyers. Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline. ✅ Requirements Strong communication skills in Fluent English + Hindi/Kannada/Telugu (any 2). Sales mindset and willingness to learn fast. Prior experience in real estate or tele sales preferred. Should own a smartphone and 2-wheeler for client meetings. Confident personality and presentable appearance.
