Job Description

Responsibilities

User-Centred Design: Conduct user research, create user personas, and design wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.
Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Test and iterate designs based on feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive design language and user experience across all product touchpoints.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behavior that aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Requirements

3-6 years in UI/UX design, particularly in fintech B2C products.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Graduate of any related course.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a good understanding of UI/UX and first principles thinking and skills in creating user-centric designs.
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
