Job Description

Designation:- UI/UX Designer

Location:- Pune (onsite)

YOE:- 2-3 years

Role & Responsibilities:

Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to bring designs to life.
Focus on intuitive navigation and seamless user experience.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to enhance product usability.
Simplify complex processes into easy-to-use, engaging UI components.
Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for both web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
Experience in user behavior analysis, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Passion for creating seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.
