Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Latest TP regulations and Standards;
- Analyzing the current market and handling latest TP regulations and standards;

- Preparation & Reviewer capability Global Documentation Projects (Master File/Local File)/ CbCr/ Industry Analysis)
- Preparation & Reviewer capability (primarily) in Intangible Benchmarking (such as Licensing and Service Fee benchmarking studies), with / or preparation & reviewer role in PLI Benchmarking.
- Identifying potential opportunities and risks and communicating these to our clients
- Provide training/create processes for the junior team members around transfer pricing concepts and process.
