Details are as mentioned below: Designation: Training Manager Experience : Minimum 4-5 years in sales training with a pharmaceutical company. Location : Mumbai Package : As per industry standards No. Of vacancy: 2 Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager- Sales Training to lead, develop, and execute training programs for the sales team with one of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and have a proven track record in driving sales performance through effective training and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Sales Training Strategy : Design and implement comprehensive training strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales force. Training Needs Analysis : Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs based on performance gaps, new product launches, market dynamics, and industry trends. Training Program Development : Develop, customize, and deliver engaging training programs, including sales techniques, product knowledge, compliance regulations, and soft skills. Training Delivery & Facilitation : Conduct classroom training sessions, workshops, webinars, and virtual training for sales teams across various regions. Performance Monitoring & Evaluation : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and post-training evaluations to ensure desired business outcomes are achieved. Sales Support : Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and field support to sales representatives, ensuring knowledge transfer and application of training to improve sales performance. Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with HR, Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure training alignment with organizational goals and product strategies. Reporting & Analytics : Prepare regular reports on training progress, outcomes, and feedback to senior leadership.
