Details are as mentioned below: About the Role We seek a dynamic and result-driven marketing head for one of our clients at the Dermatology BU. This leadership role is critical in driving the strategic direction of their product portfolio, enhancing brand positioning, and achieving business objectives in the highly competitive dermatology market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, and leadership in the dermatology domain. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the dermatology product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategies and objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and growth. Oversee the execution of go-to-market plans, ensuring the timely launch and lifecycle management of products. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access teams to ensure successful product performance. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and risks. Formulate key product messaging, communication strategies, and promotional campaigns. Lead the development of high-impact marketing materials and digital initiatives. Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments. Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
