Define and drive the overall technology vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge (AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, AR/VR, Cloud, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to ensure tech enables growth and efficiency.

Software Development & IT:

Lead development of scalable software solutions and digital platforms (Web, Mobile, LMS, etc.).
Oversee architecture, coding standards, testing protocols, and DevOps practices.
Manage in-house and outsourced development teams.

Hardware & Innovation Labs:

Oversee design, development, and procurement of innovative lab infrastructure (IoT kits, 3D printers, mini CNC, robotics kits).
Ensure technology used in Makerspaces is robust, safe, and curriculum-compliant.

Infrastructure & Security:

Supervise IT infrastructure (servers, storage, cloud, networking).
Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and data protection strategies.

Team & Project Management:

Build and mentor a high-performing technical team.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and promote continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Tech Head).
Strong knowledge in:
Software
: Full-stack development, APIs, cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps.
Hardware
: Embedded systems, IoT devices, microcontrollers.
AI/ML
: Data modeling, training, deployment, and integration.
Security
: Network and data security standards.
IT Infra
: Cloud architecture, server/storage setup, VPN, firewall, endpoint management.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.

Preferred:

Experience in EdTech, STEM Labs, or Innovation Labs setup.
Familiarity with curriculum design for K-12 and engineering education.
Patents, published research, or recognized contributions to open-source communities.
