Technical Trainer - C, C++, Java, DSA

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Technical Trainer who can play a pivotal role in bridging technical content, curriculum design and client engagement. This role demands a blend of technical depth and the ability to connect with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch delivery of our learning solutions. A Master of Engineering (ME) is a good-to-have qualification.

Location:

Remote (Work from Home) with the flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements and training sessions.

Preferred Base Locations: Delhi/Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagements: Visit client locations to understand their technical training needs, propose solutions, and offer subject-matter guidance.
• Curriculum Development: Design, structure, and customize technical curriculum aligned with client objectives and industry standards.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for all technical discussions during client interactions and solution presentations.
• Faculty Sessions: Conduct train-the-trainer programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal/external faculty.
• Content Quality Control: Review and ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of technical content and training material.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (delivery, content, and sales) to align learning solutions with client expectations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technical education, training, or curriculum development roles.
• Strong background in academia with significant experience in technical content development or curriculum design.
• Strong command over C++ or Java with a solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Exposure to full stack development (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React, Node.js, databases, APIs, etc.).
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or solutioning is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ME/M.Tech is a good-to-have qualification that reflects strong technical foundations.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, training sessions, and faculty enablement programs.
