Technical Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate IT Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training sessions and mentor students in core IT domains, ensuring they are job-ready for real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on programming, web development, networking, etc.
• Design and develop structured lesson plans, training materials, projects, and assessments.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students.
• Track and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and certifications.
• Assist in organizing workshops, tests, mock interviews, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate with the placement and academic teams to align training outcomes with job market demands.
• Contribute to curriculum development and internal training improvements
• Ensure a professional, positive, and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience 3+ years( In IT training or related industry)
• Strong command over programming languages e.g., Python, Java, C/C++, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Networking Basics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience in teaching/training/mentoring preferred
• Industry certifications (e.g., Python, Java, CCNA, etc.) are a plus
