Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and hiring technical talent, and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. The Technical Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.


Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical positions including software engineers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, and other IT roles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, technical communities, and industry networks
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates
  • Conduct initial screening calls and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and technical specifications
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to leadership team
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding processes


Candidate Experience

  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain strong relationships with both successful and unsuccessful candidates for future opportunities


Required Qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in software development or IT services
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate technical skills and experience
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Experience with Boolean search techniques and sourcing methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
