Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Surat. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing and implementing recruiting strategies, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

• Effective Recruiting and Communication Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
