Technical Project Manager ( Data Analyst )

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Power BI, SQL, Python, and ETL processes to lead and manage data-driven projects across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects, preferably including government sector engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics and BI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, BI developers, and data analysts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Ensure optimal use of SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation tasks.
• Monitor and manage ETL pipelines for data consistency and performance.
• Prepare detailed project plans, monitor progress, and regularly report on status and risks.
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance protocols, especially in projects involving government entities.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across all project stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in technical project management and data analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, Python, and ETL tools/processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale data/BI projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and data integration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience working on government or public sector projects with familiarity in handling compliance and reporting requirements.

Nice to Have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations applicable to government projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,700,000.00 per year
