This internship will expose you to the core areas of the industry, equipping you with the practical experience required to launch your career. What Youโll Learn: Fundamentals of Telecom Infrastructure : Towers, BTS, OLT/ONT, fiber & wireless technologies Network Design and Implementation Data Center & IT Infra basics (cabling, switches, routers, servers) Unified Communication setups (IP Telephony, VoIP, Video Conferencing) Project Documentation and reporting Exposure to tools like NMS, EMS, AutoCAD, Excel, CRM Key Responsibilities: Assist technical teams in field operations, site surveys, and installations Coordinate with vendors and on-ground teams for network rollout & maintenance Analyze network health reports and assist in preventive maintenance Document SOPs, test reports, and support checklists Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of network architecture & telecom systems Willingness to travel on-site (within the region) Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Visio is a plus Why Join Us?
