Your role

Are you passionate about automation along with Quality Assurance? Do you have proven experience with design, develop and execute both manual and automated tests? Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally?We’re looking for Quality engineers to:

• be a key member of the Business Automation Services team and ensure adequate testing for safer releases
• collaborate closely with product owner and development team to analyse and review stories, identify and capture functional and non-functional test scenarios
• test all aspects of the system including function, component, system, performance, regression, and service
• execute functional and non-functional test sets (both manual and automated)
• develop and maintain regression and automation test suites
• find and thoroughly report bugs, track fixes, and verify bug fixes
• continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
  

Your team

You’ll be working in the Business Automation Services team, as part of the Group Chief Technology Office within the Technology Service division in Pune, India. We enable our business divisions and technology operations to automate their processes by providing latest technology solutions and help them achieve business benefits.

Your expertise

• 5+ years of experience in the software testing industry with hands on experience in automation testing
• ability to create non-functional test strategies and plans for manual and automated test methods
• hands-on experience in working with test automation tools like Selenium, Tosca
• creation test plan, reporting on testing progress, completion report for application releases and ensuring defect management
• experience in core Java, Python, and SQL as supporting skills
• strong knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Automation Anywhere
• Familiar with agile and continuous software development methodologies and practices and in-depth knowledge of software testing standards.
• co-ordination between business users team for UAT sign off
