Team Leader (TL)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Lead with hands-on experience in Laravel, PHP, and a basic understanding of full stack and mobile app development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, manage project timelines, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of PHP/Laravel developers.
• Assign tasks, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and mobile app developers.
• Review and write clean, secure, and scalable code in PHP using Laravel framework.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and code reviews to team members.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Work with MySQL databases and ensure data integrity and optimization.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project goals and technical requirements.
• Track project progress and proactively handle issues and risks.
• Ensure mobile-friendly, responsive web design and basic support for mobile app integration (API-level coordination).
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web and mobile development.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Laravel Framework and Core PHP.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of frontend/backend components.
• Basic knowledge of React Native / Flutter / Android / iOS app development workflows.
• Familiar with MySQL and database schema design.
• Experience with Git, version control, and code deployment.
• Knowledge of basic server management (Linux/Apache/Nginx) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Previous experience in a team leadership or senior developer role.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
