Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services. Fix appointments with interested clients for the sales/field team. Handle customer queries with professionalism and clear communication. Maintain call records and update client information in the system. Follow up on leads and ensure timely appointment confirmations. Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) are mandatory. Good listening skills and the ability to convince clients effectively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred). Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven. Ability to work under pressure and achieve results. Incentives & Growth: Target-based incentives for each successful appointment fixed. Performance-based increments offered on a monthly/quarterly basis. Special bonuses for overachieving targets. Preferred: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or appointment setting is a plus. Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across all digital channels.
