About the job The Team Lead - Sales is responsible for driving the sales team's success by providing leadership, mentorship, and direction. This role involves meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and managing day-to-day operations of the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to motivate and manage a team. Roles and Responsibility Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and sales reports. Provide ongoing coaching to team members, identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored plans to enhance skills. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Forecast sales performance and adjust strategies to meet changing market conditions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, timely follow-up, and addressing client concerns. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated. Manage team recruitment, onboarding, and training, ensuring new team members are well-integrated and productive quickly. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management on team performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth. Key Qualifications: Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred). 7-9 years of sales experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
