Designation: Project Head. Experience: Proven track record of end-to-end construction of IT Campus, IT Park, or commercial buildings. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Head to lead our construction projects in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong educational background with a B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management. Qualifications: Minimum 14 years of experience in the construction industry. B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in managing the end-to-end construction of IT Campus, IT Park, or commercial buildings. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
