Tally Service Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tally Service Executive responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Tally ERP solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tally Prime/ERP 9, including TDL (Tally Definition Language), data migration, and integration with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities:Solution Implementation: Install, configure, and deploy Tally ERP software at client locations or remotely. Understand client requirements and map them to Tally functionalities. Customize reports, vouchers, and modules using TDL as per business needs. Customization & Integration: Develop and implement custom TDL scripts and modules. Integrate Tally with other applications (Excel, Web APIs, etc.) as needed. Perform data migration from legacy systems to Tally. Client Support: Provide training and end-user support on Tally features and enhancements. Troubleshoot software issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain documentation of implementations and customizations. Project Coordination: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Assist in preparing project plans, requirement documents, and user manuals. Provide post-implementation support and system audits. Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Tally implementation and support. Proficiency in Tally Prime and TDL (Tally Definition Language). Good understanding of accounting and business processes. Experience with data migration, XML/JSON integration is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple client projects independently. Preferred Skills:Exposure to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in Tally. Basic knowledge of SQL or databases. Experience working in an ERP service or IT consulting environment.
