Tally Service Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Service Executive to support our clients in implementing, maintaining, and customizing Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored Tally solutions that improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Analyze client business processes to identify accounting and operational needs. Understand and document customer requirements related to Tally ERP modules. Customize Tally ERP as per client specifications, including voucher types, reports, and automation needs. Install, configure, and provide support for Tally ERP software. Train client staff on Tally features and customized functionalities. Provide troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with the development team for advanced customization or integration needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tally features, updates, and compliance requirements (e.g., GST, TDS). Prepare and maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, and training materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience with Tally ERP (preferably TallyPrime). Strong understanding of accounting principles and business workflows. Experience with Tally customization using TDL (Tally Definition Language) is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in India. Experience in providing remote support and training. Familiarity with integration of Tally with other systems or databases.
