Job Description

Part of expansion plans for our HR organization is a split between internal and talent management. This role has been strategically created for hiring top-tier talent across engineering, product, design, and other core roles. We are a product development company creating cloud-based SaaS applications in the SAP and other cloud native stacks. Our products range from traditional software to modern AI/ML workflows, our teams are dynamic, agile and fast-paced, we are looking for a tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale our functions. This is a high-impact position where your ability to balance quality, speed, and candidate experience will shape the future of our organization. 


ROLE

  • End-to-End Hiring

     
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback loops, and closing. 
  • Collaborate with management and leadership to define job requirements, scorecards, and hiring plans. 
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building

     
  • Use creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, meetups) to attract high-quality candidates. 
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill and niche tech profiles. 
  • Candidate Experience

     
  • Deliver a top-notch candidate experience at every touchpoint. 
  • Represent the company authentically and passionately in candidate communications. 
  • Process & Tools

     
  • Optimize recruitment processes using ATS (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse, Recruitee). 
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health). 
  • Employer Branding & Collaboration

     
  • Support employer branding efforts (e.g. social media posts, careers page content, employee testimonials) 
  • Partner with HRBP and business teams to align hiring with company culture and long-term growth. 


EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years recruiting for tech/product roles. 
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social sourcing. 
  • Familiarity with interview frameworks and competency-based evaluation. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. 
  • Experience hiring in a startup or high-growth product company. 
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and HR platforms (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse, Keka). 
  • Understanding of diversity hiring practices and inclusive sourcing.
