Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotional efforts. Ensure that all sales team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 4years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
