Office Location: Gurugram (5 days from office)

Position Description:

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional with proven success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent. In this role, you will play a key part in our talent acquisition efforts, collaborating closely with hiring managers to fill critical technical roles across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough sourcing, should be good at Boolean search, screening and interviewing processes to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence.
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Good Sourcing skill is must to have.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles across various levels and domains.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Certifications in recruiting or human resources.
