Your role will involve leading end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT functions, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing full-cycle recruitment activities for Aiqa Health and its group companies, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, and devising effective sourcing strategies. You will leverage various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline. Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and maintaining recruitment KPIs will be crucial aspects of your role. In addition, you will drive employer branding initiatives to establish Aiqa Health as an employer of choice in the healthcare and tech sectors. By staying updated with industry trends and best practices, you will ensure that our recruitment processes align with the evolving landscape. To excel in this role, you should possess 6 to 9 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring domains. A strong understanding of technical and business roles, proficiency in reporting tools like Excel/Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in high-growth environments and a self-driven, collaborative approach will be advantageous.
