About TVSM – Software Research & Development Organization

The TVSM Software Research and Development Organization is a technology first Organization which is responsible for building Software tech stack for all TVSM Products to make TVSM Customer’s mobility Connected, safer, sustainable, and comfortable in a new way. We are building technology and software platforms for all next-gen Connected Vehicle, Infotainment, e-Mobility, Connected Services and Post SOP/Service for all TVSM’s brands. We build the unthinkable across geographies exceeding all quality, cost, scalability, competitive and performance benchmarks. Job Responsibilities

Drive end to end delivery of Targeted sub-system Product.
Interface the discussion of SW Architecture, HW Architecture, Vehicle Architecture , Design & Style (Mechanical & Packaging) Sign-off for Product delivery.
Define the FROP & CX Maturity for Sub-System.
Drive and Responsible (conducting a meeting and follow-up) with IP team & platform team
- Platform lead will manage IP & FTOs, file IDFs
Interface UI/UX review (TVSM design, Ergonomics, Homologation) and arrive on the UX for connected features with the stakeholders
- UI Behavior document preparation (Control from touch or handlebar or both & Warnings - text, audio, or TT )
Conduct Functional and technical design review & Preparation of Required Documents ( FDR, TDR, DFMEA, FMEA, DVP etc.)
Cross functional team alignment with NPD, R&D, SW CoC Sub-system / platform owners for planning deliveries.
Planning development and release of required project deliveries with platform team at each NPD stages/milestones.
Management of project specific deliveries / artifacts using required tools.

Qualification

Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech

Proficient, good understanding and must be capable of delivering the end-to-end solution

Communication: (Internal / External) Ability to share information clearly, articulate the thoughts / information internally or external stake holders.

Assertiveness: Ability to balance the situation with an art of saying 'No' as required and facilitating the end results with analysing the data available and take a best / common decision rationally and stand by it
