Key Responsibilities: ● Design and develop interior architecture concepts across various project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.). ● Prepare mood boards, material palettes, space planning, and 3D visualizations. ● Create detailed interior drawings, layouts, and construction documents. ● Select furniture, fixtures, lighting, finishes, and materials that align with project goals. ● Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors. ● Ensure interior designs meet building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals. ● Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality control during implementation. ● Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into design revisions. Qualifications: ● Any degree in interior design and fluent in design softwares. ● Compelling portfolio is required ● 0–2 years of experience in interior architecture/design (internship or freelance experience can be considered). ● Strong knowledge of space planning, detailing, and materials. ● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. ● Excellent visual presentation and communication skills. Preferred Skills: ● Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ● Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn. Strong understanding of ergonomics, lighting design, and human-centric spaces.
