Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity while minimizing costs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory, and supplier management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and supplier performance. Oversee inventory planning and stock control to maintain optimal levels. Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance departments to forecast demand and plan supply accordingly. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health & safety regulations. Lead and develop supply chain team members through coaching and performance management. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Proven experience (0-2 years) in a supply chain management or related role. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or PMP is a plus.
