Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Project Manager – Structural to lead and manage the BIM workflow and deliverables for structural engineering projects. The ideal candidate will oversee BIM coordination, modeling, documentation, and collaboration efforts across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage structural BIM projects from inception to completion. · Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration. · Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards. · Supervise and support a team of BIM Modelers and Engineers. · Monitor model accuracy, level of detail (LOD), clash detection, and resolution. · Ensure compliance with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS/PAS 1192). · Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders. · Conduct BIM coordination meetings and technical workshops. · Manage data flow and ensure proper use of CDE (Common Data Environment). .Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and optimize workflows  Qualifications: · Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. · Certification in BIM (Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS, etc.) preferred. · Proficient in Revit (Structure), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Dynamo. · Strong understanding of structural systems: concrete, steel, wood. · Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Familiarity with international codes and project delivery methods.
