Job Description

Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage store capacity on a regular basis using tools like Excel and Power BI.
Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and checklists for store operations.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports using Excel and other relevant tools.
Present data findings to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
6 to 12 years of experience in customer-facing roles or relevant fields.
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud services like AWS.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or Power BI.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field with strong academic credentials.
Experience working with Pivot Tables, PowerShell, and SQL.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and Salesforce is advantageous.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookup, hlookup, and data visualization.
Professional Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to handle and integrate data from multiple sources.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to decision-making.
Prior experience in process improvement and automation using Excel or other tools.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with SQL databases and ERP software like SAP.
Knowledge of basic Excel functions and formulas for data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
