What You’ll Own

  • Campaign Leadership

    : Develop, launch, optimize across PPC, paid social, display, affiliates, with laser-focus on ROAS/CPA targets—scaling multiple e‑commerce/B2C accounts.
  • Budget & Performance

    : Strategically shake-up spend plans, forecast goals, and ensure ROI-driven delivery.
  • Cross-Team Maestro

    : Drum up ideas and results across analytics, creative, content, product, and BI teams—be the glue holding it all together.
  • Experimentation Champion

    : Run A/B and multivariate tests on creative, audiences, channels—then translate insights into winning tactics.
  • Client-Facing Leadership

    : Lead client calls, deliver reports, and build trust with US and UK brands—with a hero’s presence.
  • Global Coordination

    : Use your time zone-savvy to ensure seamless collaboration between US-based client needs and the agency’s IST team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years managing performance marketing (with a track record for e‑commerce/B2C success).
  • Leadership cred: running campaigns across multiple accounts, mentoring team members, and navigating interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Proven ability working with US (and UK) clients during their business hours—IST afternoons/evenings.
  • Strong analytical toolkit: GA4, ads dashboards, Excel/SQL, tracking setup, attribution modelling.
  • Excellent communication—confident voicing recommendations, explaining complex data, and leading onboarding.
  • Enjoys rolling up sleeves and multitasking—owning strategy, execution, reporting, and client relationships with style.
  • Bonus points: prior experience in UK market, agency/client leadership, international coordination.

Your Toolkit

  • Mastery of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, DSPs, and affiliate platforms
  • hands-on with analytics (GA4, data dashboards, UTM/GTM tracking)
  • A/B testing frameworks—you love testing everything from copy to creative
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, SQL, BI platforms, and creative asset review
