What You'll Be Doing:

• Campaign Management:

  Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Performance Analysis:

  Dive deep into analytics to extract insights and drive campaign improvements.

• Client Collaboration:

  Engage with US-based clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

• Creative Strategy:

  Work closely with our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and share knowledge with the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  2–3 years in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2C, D2C e-commerce clients. B2B experience is a plus but not a priority.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Google Ads is a must. Experience with Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn ads is a significant advantage.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility:

  Willingness to work US time zones and extend beyond office hours for meetings.

• Team Player:

  A collaborative mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
