Sr. Module Lead- Oracle

Job Title –Sr. Module Lead Overview Sr. Module Lead will dive head-first into creating innovative Solutions as a member of our Software Engineering Group Will be part of an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into high quality software and products. Will be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our highly qualified team of technologists. Should collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the organization to accomplish common goals. Should be able to handle client communications and interactions. Roles And Responsibilities Understanding and Collecting requirements from Business user or Business Analyst and convert that requirement into code base. Involvement in requirement gathering, analysis, development, unit testing, production deployment and support. Will execute assigned project/delivery with the allocated team within defined time frame with quality. Will lead and guide a team of 3 to 4 members towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. Will create effective WBS and subdividing project deliverables and project work into smaller, more manageable components. Qualifications And Skills BE/Btech/MCA or equivalent An Individual with 4-8years of experience in programming. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Positive outlook with problem solving attitude. Technology Tech Skills And Relevant Experience Pl/SQL programming: Skills: Stored Procedures, Functions, and Database triggers Relevant Experience: 4 years SQL: Skills: DML, DDL, DCL Relevant Experience: 4 years Dev Tools: Tools: PL/SQL Developer, Toad Relevant Experience: 4 years Preferable Experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI domain) Show more Show less
