Job Description

Role : Regional Sales | Senior Manager Hyperscale

Main Purpose Of Role

The Business Development Controller will oversee the business operations for large tenders and work on
special projects which lays the foundation for future business growth. A strategic, analytical thinker who is driven by results and can innovate and develop creative solutions for business growth.The role will be responsible for conducting market analysis within the country for HyperScale products. Develop growth plans and implement overall business plans for projects identified. Should have sound knowledge of legal frameworks to establish relationship and partner with different Asian counties. Manage all aspects of commercial terms & Conditions for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an adviser for respective business leadership.
  • Establish relationship with agents / partners for Business Segment
  • Work on legal framework and taxation clauses for inter-country businesses.
  • Extensively research and analyze HVAC industry patters to develop business recommendations.
  • Administer PAN India sales units of the business segment, analyze business potential and recommend effective growth solutions.
  • Conduct a market survey through research, meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage the administrative support that includes Legal, Personnel, and Tax.
  • Work on the legal and commercial aspects of “Special Projects”.
  • Investigate country specific building codes example, energy efficiency requirements etc.

Qualification & Skills

  • Should have a minimum experience of 13 - 15 years in Engineering Industry. Specializing in Business
Development and Commercial matter of the industrial market segment.
  • Sound educational background required in Industrial Business Management. MBA qualification will be
considered advantageous.
  • Sound knowledge of Legal and relevant standards related to HVAC System of Asian region.
  • Good negotiating skills and strong knowledge of various economic conditions of Asian countries.
  • Comfortable in communicating complex plans and execution strategies. Should possess good
written/oral communication, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent leadership skills. Self-starter who can work on his/her own initiative, capable of
balancing a demanding workload through effective prioritization and completing work requirements quickly and accurately.
  • Flexible approach and strong team working capabilities, prepared to support colleagues in the achievement of Company priorities and objectives.
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
