✅ About You


  • Experience:

    5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Consultative Approach:

    You take a solutions-oriented approach to business development and client success efforts.
  • Communication Skills:

    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch value offerings effectively.
  • Proactive & Driven:

    A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, quick learner, and target-oriented.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Comfortable using CRM software and keeping it consistently updated.
  • Geographical Knowledge:

    Familiarity with US geography and experience in lead generation for software product and service sales.
  • Relationship Builder:

    Adept at communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying sales opportunities.


💼 What You’ll Be Doing



  • Client Presentations & Demos:

    Conduct presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value proposition of Jeeva.ai to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring repeat business.
  • Onboarding New Clients:

    Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Account Performance Review:

    Regularly review client account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive better results and client satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Act as the point of escalation for client issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems promptly and effectively.
  • Product Expertise:

    Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Feedback & Improvement:

    Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
