Conduct in-depth financial analysis, proactively identifying key trends, performance variances, and actionable opportunities for enhanced profitability and efficiency. Prepare and present clear, concise, and insightful financial reports to senior management. Oversee and optimize cash flow management, ensuring efficient liquidity and accurate collection reconciliation processes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, acting as a financial partner to gather essential data and provide robust financial support for key decision-making processes across the organization. Champion the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems, internal controls, and processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. What we are looking for: Mandatory: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance or Bachelors in Finance. Essential: Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
