This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilledindividual with 2 to 3 years of graphic design experience who is passionate aboutcreating visually stunning designs that captivate audiences driveengagement. Job responsibilities include: Collaborate with the marketingteam to conceptualize execute compelling designs for a wide range ofmarketing materials, including digital print assets, social mediagraphics, email campaigns, advertisements, packaging, promotionalmaterials. Lead the design process fromconcept to completion, translating marketing objectives brand guidelinesinto visually impactful designs that effectively communicate key messages enhance brand identity. Use advanced graphic designsoftware tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign), to produce high-quality designs with meticulous attention to detail pixel-perfect accuracy. Stay informed about industrytrends, design best practices, emerging technologies, continuouslyseeking opportunities to innovate elevate the quality of design workproduced by the team. Manage multiple projectssimultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard ofquality creativity. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree or equivalentin graphic design, visual communications, or related field. 2-3 years of professionalexperience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverserange of design projects and styles. Proficiency in graphic designsoftware, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, AfterEffects). Excellent design skills,including a keen eye for typography, layout, composition, and color theory,demonstrated through past work examples. Strong conceptual thinking andproblem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate abstract ideas intovisually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences. Effective communication andcollaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideasclearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-orientedapproach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality designs thatmeet project objectives and exceed client expectations.
